Royalty Magic is a web application where users can purchase credits to upload and manage royalty reports. Each upload of a royalty report costs one credit. Credits can be purchased directly through our platform.

4. Purchasing Credits
Credit Usage:
Credits can be used to upload and manage royalty reports on our platform. Each upload consumes one credit.

The pricing for credits is clearly listed on our pricing page. The listed prices include VAT and taxes.
Payment:
Payments for credits are processed through Stripe. By purchasing credits, you agree to Stripe's terms and conditions.
Refunds:
Credits are non-refundable. Please ensure you purchase the correct amount as no refunds will be issued for unused credits.
Credit Validity:
Credits do not expire and can be used at any time.
Additional Purchases:
If you run out of credits, you may purchase additional credits at any time.
5. Service Availability
No Guarantee of Availability:
We strive to ensure that our Services are available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Services.
Maintenance and Updates:
We may perform maintenance or deploy updates to improve the functionality and performance of our Services. This may temporarily disrupt your access to the Services.
